Due to the nature of our printed products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including (but not limited to) change of mind, incorrect selection, or normal variations in print color or paper texture.
Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Items Only
A replacement may be issued only if:
The item arrives damaged during shipping, or
There is a verified print quality defect (such as missing pages, misaligned printing, or binding errors)
To be eligible for replacement:
The item must be unused
Pages must be clean and unmarked
No writing, coloring, drawing, or alterations may be present
The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
Photo documentation of the damage or defect is required for review.

Items with any writing, coloring, or markings
Digital downloads
Custom or special orders
Items marked Final Sale

Clear photos showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item. Refunds are not issued.
